Adam’s first lessons in business came from behind the bowser of his family’s old-school service station - the kind where you didn’t just fill up, you got your windscreen washed and your tyres checked while you waited. It’s where he learnt the value of real service, genuine conversation, and keeping things running smoothly - lessons he’s been building on ever since.
That early spark for business (and his healthy dislike of tax) led him to study accounting - not just to crunch numbers, but to help business owners understand what drives theirs. Today, Adam’s focus is helping clients create better businesses: ones that run smarter, grow stronger, and give them back more of their time, energy, and impact.

Growing up in a family where multiple generations worked with numbers, Hilary’s interest in business began in high school. She quickly recognised that while technical skills like accounting and tax are important, building strong relationships is what truly drives success. That insight led her to pursue accounting early, completing a university-level subject at QUT before finishing high school. It was a clear step toward what has become a genuine passion for helping people turn their goals into meaningful progress.
Today, Hilary brings a mix of curiosity and care to her clients at Nudge. Whether it’s guiding them through the details, nudging noise out of the way to make things clearer, or finding small shifts that make a big difference, she’s focused on helping every client feel confident and supported on their business journey.

Angela’s connection with small business started young - helping her mum with the books of their family business when she was fifteen.
It gave her an early appreciation for the juggle behind every business and the difference a supportive nudge can make.
These days, Angela keeps Nudge running smoothly behind the scenes as our practice manager. From fine-tuning systems to making sure the team and clients have what they need, she’s the steady rhythm that keeps everything on track.
Thoughtful, calm, and endlessly organised, she makes the complex feel simple - always nudging good people to good things.
Olivia’s natural inclination towards numbers - the accounting of them, and the power of what they can tell us - started is high school, grew throughout her uni studies, and found it’s home at Nudge in 2012 when she participated in the vac program.
Since then, Olivia has developed strong client relationships, working with her clients to help them understand their obligations, stay ahead of change, and make smart, informed decisions for their businesses, and for future planning, nudging them closer to where they want to be.
Olivia likes feeling calm, capable, and in control - and wants her clients to feel the same!

Marie’s always been curious about how things work - especially when it comes to business and finance. After completing her Commerce degree at the University of Queensland, majoring in Accounting and Finance, she discovered her knack for turning financial complexity into clarity and calm.
Marie helps clients make confident decisions about their businesses and their futures. She enjoys helping Self Managed Superannuation Fund clients build towards retirement with structure, intention, and peace of mind.

Allison first joined the firm as a graduate accountant after completing her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Queensland.
Since then, she’s built deep expertise in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds - including founding and running her own boutique SMSF advisory business. Now, as compliance requirements grow more complex, Alli has returned to Nudge on a contract basis to support our clients with the kind of clarity and confidence that only comes from years immersed in the detail.
